THE GRAZING TABLE is a labor of love. I absolutely adore delicious food! Creating unusual edible delicacies from fresh ingredients is my passion.

Presentation is essential to everything I do. We are, after all, visual eaters. I've honed my design sensibilities over twenty-five years of interior design, retail merchandising, high-end catering, and the creation of specialty foods. Clients say I am a force of design nature and can completely transform any environment. It's true! Presenting delicious food, I am at my best.
I feel blessed to coordinate and plan special events in beautiful San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Clients often collaborate with me in their homes; others prefer I select the perfect venue for an unforgettable grazing experience.
Creating a custom menu that reflects the theme of your gathering, I ensure that you and your guests enjoy "la dolce vita" –– the sweet life. I want you to savor that luxurious feeling of indulging in good food and excellent company. Facilitating that experience of deep satisfaction is at the heart of The Grazing Table.
